Possibly the best off-site self-park lot at PHL. It’s away from the industrial parks and very clean, with plenty of space to park a pickup. The drive to the terminals is quick, there was no wait for the shuttle, and no hassle with cash or credit card payments. Can’t say the same for some of the so-called “budget” lots in the area.

This was our first time using JetStream and we couldn't have been more satisfied. Everything was top notch. The parking lot was very nice and clean, the personnel at the booth were helpful, and the drivers were kind and drove safely. We were very satisfied with the cost. We'll probably fly out of the Philadelphia airport in the future, and if we do, we'll definitely come back to this parking lot.

Drivers were both super helpful lifting our suitcases and very friendly. We were picked up AND dropped off at our car. No walking to a shuttle stop within the parking area. There was a wait time while a shuttle was sent from the parking lot upon returning…maybe 10-15 minutes? But, again, the driver then carried our suitcases into the vehicle. I noticed a sticker on a competitor stating that drivers don’t lift baggage…so I appreciated the help very much after a long and uncomfortable flight.

Every aspect of my parking experience was first rate with one tiny exception. At the exit gate I owed a small additional charge, possibly because my flight arrival was delayed by a few hours - pushing my exit from the lot to after midnight. I was fine with paying the extra couple bucks but the process for credit card payment was cumbersome. I had to make multiple attempts on the touchpad to accomplish the transaction to raise the gate. I would suggest a larger, better lighted apparatus with clearer directions.

My stay was easy. It was easy in and easy out. No issues or problems. Especially my ride home from the airport. The driver Adrianna was very pleasant, courteous and she drove with much safetyband precaution. 5 stars to her ss well. I would definitely park here again.

The shuttles don't run as quickly as other services that I have used in the past. However, it is very convenient. The drivers are courteous and very helpful. Exiting was a challenge as the gate did not accept my ticket. Otherwise, I prefer your service overall of the others, I do feel safe, and security is always available.
