This was our first time using JetStream and we couldn't have been more satisfied. Everything was top notch. The parking lot was very nice and clean, the personnel at the booth were helpful, and the drivers were kind and drove safely. We were very satisfied with the cost. Drivers were both super helpful lifting our suitcases and very friendly. We were picked up AND dropped off at our car. No walking to a shuttle stop within the parking area. There was a wait time while a shuttle was sent from the parking lot upon returning…maybe 10-15 minutes? But, again, the driver then carried our suitcases into the vehicle. I noticed a sticker on a competitor stating that drivers don’t lift baggage…so I appreciated the help very much after a long and uncomfortable flight.

Every aspect of my parking experience was first rate with one tiny exception. At the exit gate I owed a small additional charge, possibly because my flight arrival was delayed by a few hours - pushing my exit from the lot to after midnight. I was fine with paying the extra couple bucks but the process for credit card payment was cumbersome. I had to make multiple attempts on the touchpad to accomplish the transaction to raise the gate. I would suggest a larger, better lighted apparatus with clearer directions.

Convenient to Philadelphia airport. Competitively priced. There are cheaper places, but we wanted our car there when we returned and it was! It’s our new go to parking lot for trips out of PHL.

My stay was easy. It was easy in and easy out. No issues or problems. Especially my ride home from the airport. The driver Adrianna was very pleasant, courteous and she drove with much safetyband precaution. 5 stars to her ss well. I would definitely park here again.

The shuttles don't run as quickly as other services that I have used in the past. However, it is very convenient. The drivers are courteous and very helpful. Exiting was a challenge as the gate did not accept my ticket. Otherwise, I prefer your service overall of the others, I do feel safe, and security is always available.
