The location was ideal for the airport. The parking spaces were tight, and my car received a minor scratch. The shuttle to and from the airport was acceptable. The drivers were helpful and personable. Overall, I gave the experience a 4.6-star rating, despite the minor scratches on my vehicle after seven days at ARB Parking Philly. Pick your parking space strategically to minimize potential scratches. Otherwise, I felt my car was safe and secure in the parking lot.

Great service. I use it every time I fly out of Philadelphia. It is close to the airport, about a 6-minute shuttle ride, and the shuttle runs frequently, about every 15–20 minutes. The lot is well marked and easy to find.

Parking can be a little confusing. They do not tell you this, but make sure to pay attention to the number on the poles when you park, because the shuttle driver will ask for your number when dropping you off. If you park up the small ramp, be sure to look at the letter painted on the ground at the end of the aisle, because the driver will ask for your letter instead of a number.

No one really communicates this in advance, but otherwise the parking is very inexpensive and reliable. Pickup after landing is easy and can be requested from your phone by clicking the link they text you.

You cannot beat the convenience or the price!

Inexpensive. The shuttle was packed. An OK experience, not great. The price was commensurate with the experience.

This was our first time to park here. The experience was very positive from the help to the service. Check in was quick, the driver was friendly and helpful with loading and unloading our luggage.
Pick up time wait was less than 15 minutes, again this driver was courteous, friendly and helpful.
Parking is self-parking; the parking spaces are close but work.
The price was very good too! This will be our go to parking location for all flights leaving PHL.
