Pick up from airport was so bad I have decided against using Sonesta in November for our trip. Driver drove empty shuttle right past people and did not make eye contact with anyone to see if he needed to stop. FYI we were at the last stop area (#4) we called to ask about the shuttle and it took another 35 minutes for it to arrive.

Our parking experience was great at this location. The lot is clean and safe. Parking is sufficient and we returned to our vehicle as it was left. We will use Sonesta Miami Airport services again when flying out of Miami. The location is close to MIA, so no long commute to the airport.
