I was expecting to drink a cup of hot chocolate while waiting for my car returned, as it is advertised on your website. Only very limited selection of drinks is available. However, the other service was excellent.

Excellent service. Both the people at the lot and the drivers were all extremely courteous and professional. When I went to pay the bill they mistakenly charged me the full price even though I had paid the first night online when I made the reservation. When I pointed that out they quickly deducted the extra charge without any problem at all. Will definitely use SmartPark at JFK again.

I read about customer experiences online prior to booking a parking slot. I have to say that I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and promptness of getting to the terminal.

The return experience was also not that bad. I called the dispatcher and within about 10 mins the shuttle bus arrived and wisked me back to the lot where my car was waiting.

I would highly recommend this parking company to my friends and family.
