Took a little longer for pick -up. I saw 3 shuttles from the Parking Spot come by in the same time the one shuttle came to get us from the pick-up area at JFK.

Was a little uneasy about leaving a full-sized SUV when flying out of JFK, but SmartPark JFK couldn't have made it any easier. Will definitely use them again. Not a mark on the vehicle.
We had a great time. The shuttle was rocky, but I think that was because of the streets and not the driver. He was great and very helpful with our bags.
You have a poor system to intake cars. People have to park their car in the entrance. No one takes the keys or a gives a receipt. You man was slowly videotaping the cars, rather than moving them into the lot. The cars are blocking the entrance/exit. It took too long to pick us up at the terminal. Our car was not at the exit when we arrived; my husband had to find someone to ask for it to be retrieved.
