As such, we have developed a shuttle strategy that ensures we are capable of delivering excellence for every customer every visit.

There are three keys to success in operating shuttles in an off-airport valet parking environment:

To ensure safety, comfort and convenience we have implemented the following policies, which require that:
  • We never use vans like some competitors do
  • Our fleet will always be new, comfortable and safe
  • We adhere to a rigid preventative maintenance schedule, including daily safety inspections and cleaning
  • We maintain a fleet size sufficient to ensure customers are afforded ample personal and luggage space, on-demand pick-up and drop-off and minimal stops en-route.
  • Bus communication systems and GPS tracking is state of the art and customers are provided real time information relative to shuttle location.
  • Our shuttle drivers always help with your luggage, but in their primary role as driver are formally trained and evaluated on a routine basis by both management and customers.

We received prompt service upon our arrival and departure from the parking lot. However, when I paid my bill, I noticed that the representative mistakenly overcharged me and didn't realize it until I brought it to her attention. Upon my arrival, I was initially charged a partial payment that was withheld from my credit card, approximately $13.00 When I paid the balance this charge was not deducted and I was charged the full amount instead. The representative was courteous and promptly corrected the mistake. Nonetheless, the service was good and most importantly prompt which was really appreciated. - Precila N-M

I was completely impressed with SmartPark at JFK. First, the price was unbeatable. Second, I liked how well lit the parking was, and also how responsive the staff was. We were immediately shuttled to our terminal. Also, when we returned, I called for pick up and the shuttle bus arrived in under 5 minutes. There were no hidden fees, we only paid what we expected to pay. Some other places were going to charge a $5 internet booking fee, or a port fee or a reservation fee, but we didn't have that with CheapAirportParking.org. Finally, when we got back to the parking lot, our car was retrieved for us and we were quickly on our way. I will definitely use SmartPark JFK again and would recommend it to anyone. - John Tikaram

Excellent service. Both the people at the lot and the drivers were all extremely courteous and professional. When I went to pay the bill they mistakenly charged me the full price even though I had paid the first night online when I made the reservation. When I pointed that out they quickly deducted the extra charge without any problem at all. Will definitely use SmartPark at JFK again.

I used Avistar in the past, and really liked the service. I called them to see if they'd match the $12/day rate I found with CheapAirportParking (Avistar was charging $19/day) and they would not.

I took my chances, booked the reservation with Cheap Airport Parking, and was so glad I did. The service was excellent, the location was incredibly convenient (last exit off the Van Wyck, stay to the right on the exit ramp, make a left onto Lefferts Blvd, make another left onto the access road, parking is on the right -- SO EASY!). I was on the shuttle in under five minutes, and at the terminal in 10 minutes. Coming home, the shuttle picked me up in under three minutes, and I was in my car ten minutes later. It couldn't have been easier, and the personnel couldn't have been nicer.

What a lovely transit place this was, I forgot my cell phone in the car and they came and brought it back, I think its rarely that you see such a compassion to the customers. I must thank so much for everything you guys did. Amazing experience, I would recommend anybody going to JFK. It is affordable and efficient. Good Job.

Good experience overall, however the pickup time at the airport was a little long. Approximately 20 min.

2. Stay on Whitestone Expressway towards Van Wyck Expressway South
3. Take VanWyck South to exit 1W
4. Merge right onto North Conduit & go 3 lights
5. Turn left at Lefferts Blvd (3rd traffic light)
6. Go over the Belt Parkway and make immediate left onto S. Conduit Ave
7. Look for our SmartPark JFK yellow awning and turn in

From Northern New Jersey or Western New York
1. Take George Washington Bridge - follow signs to Bronx-Whitestone Bridge towards Queens
2. Stay on Whitestone Expressway towards Van Wyck Expressway South
3. Take Van Wyck South to exit 1W
4. Merge right onto North Conduit & go 3 lights
5. Turn left at Lefferts Blvd (3rd traffic light)
6. Go over the Belt Parkway and make immediate left onto S. Conduit Ave
7. Follow signs to SmartPark JFK the entrance is 5oo yards on your right

From Long Island
1. Take Cross Island Parkway or Southern State Parkway to the Belt Parkway West
2. Get off at exit 18B (Lefferts Blvd)
3. Follow exit and make left on Lefferts Blvd at the traffic light
4. Go over the Belt Parkway and make immediate left onto South Conduit Avenue
5. Follow signs to SmartPark JFK the entrance is 5oo yards on your right
6. Look for our SmartPark yellow awning and turn in

From Southern New Jersey or points south
1. Take the Outerbridge Crossing or Goethals Bridge to Staten Island
2. Follow signs to Verrazano Bridge
3. Take Verrazano Bridge and follow directions for Belt Parkway East
4. Take Belt Parkway east to exit 19 Lefferts Blvd
5. Follow exit ramp to end. Make a left at traffic light onto Lefferts Blvd
6. Then a quick right under the overpass to South Conduit Avenuel
7. The entrance to SmartPark JFK is 500 yards down on your right
8. Look for the SmartPark yellow awning and turn in
