The location was very hard to find. Waze and Google Maps took me to wrong location. But once we got there, everything was spectacular. Shuttle was waiting for us, they unloaded our luggage and took the car for us, dropped us off at our terminal very quickly and assisted with the luggage right away (don’t always get that at the other facilities). When we returned, shuttle was right there, our car was waiting for us when we got to facility and checkout was a breeze. Will definately return. Very professional.

It was a very good experience, I think SmartPark should have a system in place where they call the person on their cell phone when they arrive to let them know they are at the pickup location. We were waiting in 15 degree weather for 30 minutes. Would have been nice to wait inside and get a call.
  


Wonderful service. The only thing that worked well, without delays in our vacation. Plus, when we arrived at the airport, we found that we had forgotten our phone in the car, and the driver who brought us to the airport took us back to the parking lot without any problems and returned to the airport. Due to the blizzard I was delayed 3 days on returning. I emailed my new ETA, received a confirmation and all went smoothly.

Took a little longer for pick -up. I saw 3 shuttles from the Parking Spot come by in the same time the one shuttle came to get us from the pick-up area at JFK.

Was a little uneasy about leaving a full-sized SUV when flying out of JFK, but SmartPark JFK couldn't have made it any easier. Will definitely use them again. Not a mark on the vehicle.
  


We had a great time. The shuttle was rocky, but I think that was because of the streets and not the driver. He was great and very helpful with our bags.
  


You have a poor system to intake cars. People have to park their car in the entrance. No one takes the keys or a gives a receipt. You man was slowly videotaping the cars, rather than moving them into the lot. The cars are blocking the entrance/exit. It took too long to pick us up at the terminal. Our car was not at the exit when we arrived; my husband had to find someone to ask for it to be retrieved.
  


Could not have asked for a better experience! From the efficiency and courtesy of the staff to the secure feeling we had when we first drove in the lot, we were most pleased and would definitely do it again. When we arrived at JFK late at night and after a long day's travel, our phone call to SMARTPARK from the airport not only brought a prompt shuttle but our car was ready and waiting with the windows open to air it out after sitting for a week.

Pick-up shuttle from airport was incredibly delayed and complicated. I was in contact with the office by phone but the driver chose not to wait to pick me. Had to wait another 20 minutes fro the shuttle to come back.

I highly recommend SmarkPark JFK to anyone flying out of JFK Airport. My wife and I went on a four-day vacation and decided to park at the airport rather than have someone drop us off and pick us up. Coming from New Jersey to JFK, the amount you spend on gas and tolls is significant, so cutting that amount down was definitely an option. We chose SmartPark JFK because they had the best reviews here among the moderately priced lots and they certainly live up to them. When we arrived, we simply showed our printed confirmation to the attendant and were handed a stub. We did not have to fill out any paperwork at this time which is a huge plus when you're trying to catch a flight. A shuttle was already waiting to take us to the airport, a ride that only took about 10 minutes. When we landed, we called the lot and they promptly sent a shuttle to pick us up 10 minutes later. When we got back to the lot, our car had already been moved to the front of the lot so we simply paid the remainder of our bill and drove off. It was as simple as could be and anyone flying out of JFK who is looking to park at the airport should absolutely park their car here.
