When my flight landed I only got a busy signal on their phone line for 15 minutes. I finally got an answer and barely made it to the shuttle on time (I was on the wrong level).

Please remove sign that said DRIVERS DEPEND ON TIPS card
in front of the the passegers the other thing make the parking lot ground ASFALT all the car looks like dirty.

Location was very difficult to find and the sign was so small. It took me about half an hour to find the location and almost missed the flight, even with my GPS. On my way back, my flight arrived at 11.30 in the night and I was waiting with my 2 little kids till 12.10 by the curb side for the parking shuttle. Operator, who was at the other end of the phone, was so rude and had the attitude of 'take it or leave it'. I would never ever use this lot again.

The trip to the airport and pick up were very fast and the drivers were fine. The guy behind the desk was a jerk. On the front end, all was fine or even very good, although FINDING the place is not easy. Very poor signage. When we arrived back at Newark and called, the guy was rude. Then he told me we had to go to a very particular place at the Newark Airport to be picked up. He could not describe it well. Then when we got to the lot, he did not like the print out. Then he wanted more than the amount on the print out. So you will NOT see us again. There are so many parking sites at the Newark Airport, I will go back to the ones I used before. Saving $1.00 a day doesn't worth it.

From NJ Turnpike Exit 13A:

Pay toll and go straight (middle road) on Dowd Avenue-North Avenue. Go approximately 1/2 mile to the light (McDonald's is in front of you). Go through this traffic light and bear right. At the divider, make a sharp left. We are on the left at 822 North Avenue E.

When Exiting Routes 78, 22, 21, NJ Turnpike Exit 14, or Pulaski Skyway:

Take route 1 & 9 South. When you pass Budweiser, if in local lane, stay to the left. If you're in the express lane, stay to the right. Follow signs for Dowd Avenue-North Avenue West. Exit Dowd Avenue-North Avenue West. At the light, turn right. We are 100 feet down the road, on the left side at 822 North Avenue.

From Southern New Jersey:

Follow 1 & 9 North to the Bayway Circle in Elizabeth, stay on Route 1 & 9 North. Proceed 2.2 miles and you will see a Hess Gas Station and Burger King. Just past Burger King, take North Avenue jug handle and stay right. Go 1/4 of a mile. We are on the right hand side (before the McDonald's) at 822 North Avenue.

From NJ Turnpike Exit 13 or Goethals Bridge:

Follow signs to route 1 & 9 North. You'll be on Bayway Avenue (which is route 439 North). Follow approximately 1/2 mile to route 1 & 9 North, travel 2.2 miles, make a right on North Avenue. Make a right on the North Avenue jug handle. We are on the right hand side (before the McDonald's) at 822 North Avenue.
