Arrival Info: Enter off of River Road, and drop any luggage off under the canopy at the main entrance of the hotel and proceed to the parking lot, OR enter through our other second entrance on Balmoral Road and park your car. Upon entering, take a ticket from the dispenser, park your car, and proceed back to the canopy at the entrance to the hotel for the shuttle. There is no need for you to stop by the front desk when first arriving to the hotel and parking your car. If you do park in back of the hotel or the parking garage, cutting through the hotel will allow you quicker access to the shuttles.
