I have used Dollar Parking the last 4 times I have flown. My mind is always at peace that I know my car is safe and when I share with people the fact that the price is reasonable and my car is waiting well heated and ready to go when I get off the bus. The friendly drivers and care with my luggage is a huge plus.
We checked in before they had shuttle drivers on duty .... The clerk on duty at 3:45 am was less than cordial... Throwing my paperwork across the counter. Upset we showed up prior to 4 am...

We have parked here several times with unfailingly good service! This last time, our flight in was delayed until 1:30 AM, yet they were prompt and cheerful in picking us up and getting us to our car. Have no reason to even consider parking anywhere else!
We just went on a trip to Florida and our return trip was postponed a few days due to weather in Hartford. I called and had no problem leaving car there until we return. Also, the car was not only cleaned off of snow, but was running and parked right next to where the shuttle dropped us off!!
That service was really appreciated. (seeing that we had just been in the south and did not really want to clean car off or get in it cold!!)

It was a great experience to park at this location, except that we got dropped off at a wrong location. I didn't know that they have two locations.
Car was not cleared of snow on return. Attendant turned on windshield wippers while windshield was frozen, causing wipers to be damanged. I was also charged twice for the visit.
Great experience. Friendly service. Would highly recommend it. They also cleaned my car off and warmed it up when I arrived back from my travel destination.
All was fine and speedy except that we got off at the wrong Dollar Lot for some reason. The driver must have asked all where we were going. And others said Dollar so we did too, not realizing there were 2 different Dollar lots. So we wasted 15 mins in line and rerouting to the smaller, correct one.
Would still park at the same lot next time

Found a knick on my car that was absolutely not there when I dropped it off. Sadly I had an obligation, and couldn't wait to fill out a report.
At first I thought because I was unable to print my copy of the reservation with the cost that I would not be able to pay that price since it was a third party you signed up at, but when returning home the limo driver told me I did not have to stop in they had already charged my card and I could simply go. I thought that was odd (being my first time there) so I thought No I better go in and check what they charged me.
Well when getting to my car, which as already started with the air conditioning running (nice touch) I found the receipt in the front seat for the charge so I didnot have to go in. It was great. I would definitely go there again.
Only suggestion would be to have the bus driver mention the receipt is in the car and only if you had a question or something would you have to go into the office. It was a great experience.

Everything was great except the operator told me the wrong place to stand to wait for the shuttle at the airport which resulted in about a 20 minute delay. Other than that good experience.
