Crystal Gateway Marriott DCA airport provides convenient safe and secure indoor garage self parking.

Shuttle service every 20 minutes on the hour from 5am until 11pm. It takes approx 15 minutes from the time the shuttle leaves parking lot until you arrive at the airport. Upon return shuttles pick up outside of the baggage claim at the airport near the shuttle sign.

Crystal Gateway Marriott is a great place to park for access to DCA airport or to leave your car while using the Metro. Parking a Lexus 350 was fairly easy. Most parking spaces are wide enough; some are tighter due to columns, but once parked, one side of the vehicle is protected from neighboring cars, and all spaces have good depth. The garage is well lit and provides easy access to the hotel entrance.

The garage isn’t especially clean, but it’s a parking garage, so that’s understandable. The employee knew exactly how to handle my parking voucher, and I exited without any issues.

Reasonably priced, easy to enter and exit, and friendly staff who don’t delay you when retrieving your car. The shuttle to the airport is always on time. I’ve used Crystal Gateway Marriott approximately 20 times.

I didn't know it could be this easy and inexpensive to park in Crystal City. The Crystal Gateway is very close to DCA and provides both a hotel shuttle and easy access to the metro system. If you are spending the night in Crystal City the metro gives you access to all the great DC tourist spots and dining.

The parking is underground and the spaces are tight but that is the case in all the parking garages in the area. I found a single space with a column on each side of the car that protected my SUV from other cars. I parked for 17 days.

The Marriott shuttle departs every 30 minutes during DCA airport hours. The shuttle drops off at arrivals. Upon return from your trip sign for Hotel Shuttle pickups is clearly marked outside of baggage claim.

Getting my car out was easy and the valet knew exactly how to handle my voucher. Took less than a minute to validate and get my exit card.

User friendly in setting up the parking. Excellent facility to use. Easy to get in and out. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Shuttle always on time. Used this hotel at least 20 times over the last 2 years for parking.
  


My only complaint would be the wait for the shuttle. It has taken me 45 mins to get one on several occasions.
