Shuttle service every 20 minutes on the hour from 5am until 11pm. It takes approx 15 minutes from the time the shuttle leaves parking lot until you arrive at the airport. Upon return shuttles pick up outside of the baggage claim at the airport near the shuttle sign.
What our customers say about Marriott DCA
Easy to locate, shuttle is clean and well kept. The shuttle drivers are polite and professional.
Sarah T. - Lima, OH
The wait for the shuttle would have been less frustrating had there been a way to know when to expect the next shuttle.
Matthew K. - Falls Church, VA
I have used this service many times and find it to be the very best.
Steven B. - Columbia, MD
I look forward to parking here in the future.
Brion M. - Montclair, VA
The parking attendant wanted to charge me more because I was exiting the facility earlier than the end time on the reservation.
Other than that the parking experience was great.
Sadat H. - Occoquan, VA
Everything is great; prices are good too.
Bonnie G. - Springfield, VA
We have parked at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in the past, and likely will do it again. I generally end up dropping my husband off at the airport with the bags at around 5am, dropping the car off, and then taking a taxi to the airport (<$20), but we get garage parking and the shuttle to the hotel from the airport at a good price. The parking lot it tight and, in some places dimly lit - but we've not had any problem with security or finding a space.

Shuttle wait times are long. Ended up just hopping on the Metro which was much more convenient.

We didn't get to use the shuttle to get to DCA because it was a 15 min wait (as one had just left 5 min ago) and we didn't want to wait that long. So we had to take a cab but were fortunate to split it with a hotel guest also going to the airport.
On the way back from the airport, the shuttle was not operating since it was after 11pm so we had to take a cab to the hotel - a $14 cab ride (not including tip) for going less than 2 miles!! I wouldn't recommend parking here if you are coming back after 11pm.
Jacki Y. - Hampstead, MD
Overall great experience. Reading other parkers reviews helped me to know to enter the garage on EADS St. The signage inside the garage left a bit to be desired. Will definitely park here again.
Rosemary P. - Douglassville, PA
Getting around inside the parking lot can be difficult. More signs would be helpful.
Gregg W. - Baltimore, MD
Great location, good pricing. Free shuttle. Very satisfied and will continue to use. Can't wait for you to expand to more cities.
Larisa K. - Port Matilda, PA
Great DCA airport parking experience and great price!!
James W. - Clearwater, FL
There were three problems: first, there are two marriotts that are basically in the same building, and it's unclear which one is the place. and the name of the hotel isn't "marriott dca" as appears on the slip. and the entrance is no where near the address you give. all of this added up to it being confusing to figure out where to go. once there, everything was fine.
Michael G. - Silver Spring, MD
Again a little hard to find/get to for first-timers. Shuttle drivers confused as to which Marriot we actually were parked at. Overall a good experience worth repeating.

First of all, I will say this is a really great option for parking at DCA. The location is good and right off the highway. I'm glad I read one review which pointed out the exact address of the hotel/parking (which is 1800 Eads St NOT 1700 Jefferson Davis Hwy) or as a newcomer to the area, I would have been completely lost. The parking area is VERY tight. I have a large SUV and it is a bit difficult to maneuver through the garage. The cost is excellent ($8 per day). I would give more stars, however, the shuttle service is TERRIBLY slow! They say the shuttles (a van) come around every 15 minutes but that has yet to happen. After waiting at the hotel to go to the airport, for 20 minutes, I ended up sharing a cab with another person who was also waiting, totaling $12 ($6 apiece). Waiting at the airport for the shuttle to return me to the hotel was another 20 minutes and again, I opted to share a cab. Also, the shuttle does not leave the Crystal City Gateway and take you directly to the airport. There are two additional stops at other Marriott hotels. Also, on the way back from the airport, since the Gateway is the final destination, all other Marriott patrons are dropped off first. All in all, if you have time to wait, indefinitely, for the shuttle, you will have no problem with this facility. I will definitely use this facility again, realizing I may have to pay for a cab instead of using the free, shuttle service.

Hotel staff were very helpful.
Shuttle was prompt and driver courteous
Would definitely do again.
Laura J. - Stafford, VA
Love it, so convenient and secure. Easy to get to and from DCA airport. Great price, thanks for your service.
Elsa D. - Ashburn, VA
Didn't use the airport shuttle service as it was not needed.
Thomas J. - Suffolk, VA
No complaints. Did the transaction in the car on the way to the DCA parking garage. Upon return to the garage after our trip, I had no printout, but showed the attendent my confirmation email on my phone and was good to go.
Sanjay S. - Alexandria, VA
One suggestion I want to give you guys. In the confirmation page you should give your real physical address from where we have to enter into the parking i.e 1800 South Eads st, In confirmation something else was printed and I was looking for the address for around half hours.
