The only issue was that when we arrived at the airport it was 2:30 AM since our flight was delayed and then had trouble reaching the facility about our pick up. Finally able to get through after may be 20 minutes and then everything went fine. Phone system needs to be checked and when I finally got through the staff person said please hold and never got back to me. Had to re-call and then got a person.
