The staff at the JAX location is fantastic! We’ve never had to wait long for delivery or pickup. We were picked up by the wonderful Ray on a Friday evening after traveling abroad for a month. We arrived late, realizing too late that we had no money, of any kind, for a tip. We were going to load our own baggage (and lots of it!) because we felt horrible not being able to tip him for his kindness. Ray laughed and wouldn’t hear of it, telling us not to worry, we can next time.
I drove back on Sunday, explained my Friday situation, and the wonderful, smiling lady said “yes, my brother-in-law is always like that, very kind”. Your employees are top notch! Thank you, and you will always be our choice for parking.
