I use laz fly all the time. Shuttle was prompt and drivers were friendly. Check out process took a long time as there was only one way out and someone was having a lot of trouble getting out. Also was unsure why I was charged a small fee when leaving when I paid for the whole time in advance. Thank you.

Overall LAZ parking was good. The only difficulty occurred at 11:30 pm when exiting the lot. It was difficult to scan the lot ticket. The scanner wouldn't read the ticket. I had prepaid for the parking online prior to travel. I had to call the customer service # to speak to a rep, who was very helpful and patient, in order to finally exit the lot.
  


Two times I parked here. I had to wait for people that didn’t wanna pay at the exit. Nothing I could do about that, but I think it’s a good parking lot and your drivers have always been courteous.
