Kennedy Blvd. After taking the JFK Blvd. exit from Sam Houston Pkwy., head north until you reach Greens Road and use the left turning lane to make a left. The reservation was easy to make online and was paid in full. The drivers were very courteous, helpful, and professional. Check-in was easy. I scanned my phone and was in.

The only problem I had was when exiting. Apparently, there was an issue when I scanned my phone, and it tried to charge me again. The person in the booth came out and assisted me. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service.

Shuttle has always pulled up right as I was unloading. Friendly drivers help load luggage. Ride to terminal was quick but safe. Return was equally as good. Have had some longer wait times for terminal pick up in past but yesterday the shuttle came quickly. Good overall.

Great location and a good bunch of workers, but spots are narrow for trucks. I use this facility every 4weeks but this time my bumper was hit pretty good and did some damage. Not the facilities error but still had damage.
