Excellent location for DTW Airport, and the shuttle drivers are very helpful and courteous.

One suggestion for improvement would be adding a barcode directly to the reservation form. The current process — making a reservation, receiving a separate printed ticket to open the gate, and then making phone calls when exiting so the reservation and ticket can be manually matched — is cumbersome. Ideally, the reservation itself would include a barcode that could be scanned to open the gate both on entry and exit.
  


The overall parking experience at Fast Lane Airport Parking was great and the staff members, from the shuttle driver to the attendants were professional and helpful. It is a great alternative for cost effective parking near the airport!

The cost reflects the service. No visible lot attendants. No pickup or drop off at your vehicle. Long pick and drop wait times for the shuttle and drivers aggressively gesture for tips. I'd rather pay the extra $3-4 per day than to park here again. Also they are associated with Valet Connect, who are equally as bad if not worse. Do yourself a favor a pay the extra money!

Whenever we fly out of DTW airport, this is where we park for years... It is so easy, convenient and we have never had problems with drop offs or with pick ups. We highly recommend Fast Lane Detroit Airport Parking!!
