What our customers say about Canopy Airport Parking
I paid for my parking on the way to the airport assuming id have something I could scan on my phone. After paying I got a confirmation stating "you must print out your receipt and show it to the attendant..." kind of hard when Im on the road. I never did receive an email from you (apparently I used a third party but how was I supposed to know that?). I'd suggest providing a scan code the same way flights and lots of other businesses do. None of the radios worked when I arrived and so the shuttle started driving away and the guy helping me couldnt figure out why the shuttle wasnt responding and I was worried I would have to wait for the next shuttle and was already a bit late. Might want to invest in better radios?
