What our customers say about Canopy Airport Parking

- Arvada

Canopy has a convenient location. The shuttle busses could all use suspension work, and the parking lot is in deplorable condition with huge potholes everywhere. It has been bad for years now. I will use ParkDIA moving forward because of this.

The parking lot needs a lot of work. Also more instructions about how to get onto the shuttle in the lot would have been helpful. Otherwise I would park here again. Good service and reasonable price.

Overall good service. Only issue is fear of bottoming out even in an SUV in the parking lot. Canopy Parking is a true off-road adventure in the parking lot. :)

I always park at Canopy. Their drivers are so helpful. I am an older woman with some knee issues and they always get my bags out of the car and help me board the shuttle and put my bags back in the trunk when I return. I appreciate their courtesy greatly!

I will definitely use this in the future, was easy to use, there was only one down side! The parking areas and entrance had huge holes in the asphalt.

I have used Cheap Airport Parking a number of times and it has always been an outstanding experience. Not having to deal with DIA's parking makes my trip to the airport less stressful.

We have used a different parking lot for years because they used to be cheaper, but suddenly their rates shot up. I stumbled on Canopy through this site and got a MUCH cheaper rate (and cheaper through this site than through Canopy's site). Their lot is also closer than another lot I used which cut down on the drive time in the shuttle (which was not nearl as bumpy as my previous lot). I decided to try them out and even though my return flight was after midnight in 14 degrees just after a snow, I got a shuttle almost instantly, very positive and friendly service and no problems getting going. I was very pleased and will use them again even if they aren't the cheapest.

I will definitely park here next time! It was so convenient everyone was so helpful. The shuttle drivers were amazing. It was a smooth process. Didn’t have to wait long for shuttles and they made traveling with babies a little easier. Definitely recommend.

I have tried DIA parking, but Canopy is just always on time, helpful, and easy to use.

I've parked at Canopy a number of times over the years, and have rarely had to wait for a shuttle from DIA for more than 10 minutes. Last Sunday, however, some customers had to wait 40 minutes or more. I chalked it up to a busier-than-usual travel day (i.e., greater volume of people needing to be taken to their cars). Was it a failure on Canopy's part to anticipate that increase, or was there some other glitch - such as a shortage of drivers that day, or too few vans in operation?

I didn’t understand the procedure, since it was my first time parking there. I will be more knowledgeable next time.
