Super disappointed this time around - I had to wait longer than normal after I parked there for a shuttle, but on the way back the wait was almost 25 minutes after texting and calling. I watched every other shuttle service come and go 3-4 times and no WallyPark. Unacceptable.

This parking facility works well for me. Parking and pickup is easy with the prepaid (and less expensive) reservation, and the entry/exit gates keep the lot secure. Drivers are polite and efficient. I plan to use this website again and choose WallyPark.

WallyPark provided effective, convenient, and courteous handling of my vehicle and my party coordinating my travel to and from my vacation.

CheapAirportParking provided only a QR code on their website to access WallyPark. When this screen refreshed upon access to leave the parking lot, I was left stranded at the gate until a WallyPark agent came to help. An email as a receipt and with the needed code seems like a critical missing part of customer service.

All staff that I encountered was extremely friendly and courteous. The shuttles were available and easy to locate in a very timely manner. My rating is one star lower due to some pretty gigantic pot holes in parts of the path to exit, and having a smaller car, they were a big challenge for me.

I e used WallyPark for years, but I feel like their response time is getting much slower and prices higher for less service. I was going to book with someone else, but since my flight was leaving at 5 am I decided to stick, with what I know. Several of us had to text several times and kept getting mixed messages from the auto response.

Service was great. When we arrived at wally park the shuttle pulled up behind us. We didn't have to wait at all. Coming back at the airport the shuttle was there waiting for us. Awesome service.

Making online reservation was quick and easy. Finding WallyPark lot is simple. Wait times for shuttles to and from the airport were extremely quick. Checking into and out of the lot is just a quick scan of the QR code. Very pleasant experience.
