The only issue was that the confirmation print out doesn't give you enough information on the shuttle. How many times it rounds in an hour, what the shuttle looks like (for when you are on your way back) and exactly what area to stand in for the shuttle. There are a few different shuttle areas at LAX. Besides that the price was right, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks!

It took me about 15 to 20 minutes to find parking spot. So you need extra time for that especially in travel peak season. Other than this, everything is great.

Very close to the airport. The shuttle stops at two locations and when we returned, we got off at the wrong one. The parking ticket color shows which location. We need the sign at the builidng.

It was great experience with this airport parking. I'm satisfied with everything. The lady at the check out gate was very friendly too. She comforted us that morning when we were exhausted from 11 hours flight from overseas. Shuttle driver was very kind, speedy. I will reserve this parking again next time, and tell my friends about it too. Thanks!

It was an overall good experience once I found it. The only thing I didn't like was trying to find an elevator that went to the 1st floor (where the Shuttle picks you up) and the parking spaces. They were a bit tight, I had my mirror bent due to it.

This parking lot was conveniently located. There were not many signs explaining where to find the shuttle or how payment worked. The shuttle took a long time to arrive on the return trip, but I think that was mostly due to holiday traffic at LAX. Helpful hint: the shuttle goes to two locations, so make sure you get off at the right one!

Parking during the Thanksgiving: I reached the topmost floor but still could not find a spot. I wasted almost 15-20 mins searching for a spot and saw others struggling with the same problem. I had to call your guy and he finally told me that I can park on the 2nd floor in the reserved spots. This information could have been passed on earlier. One more thing, if I had reserved it for a week or so, I wouldn't even have got the reserved spot in that case and I still wonder what would have I done in that case?

This is my first time... Good points - lots of space, clean and well-lit, saw one golf cart going around but did not offer to give me a lift, very efficient shuttle and helpful drivers, great rates for those like me who reserved.

Not so good points... had a hard time looking for the entrance - I went around 2x and finally asked one of the drivers - what is confusing is that it doesn't say Parking for QuickPark or CheapAirportParking - seemed like it was only for the hotel or the fitness center. There were so many spaces empty on the 1-3 floors and the airport parking is all the way up to 4-6. I had a very good experience and now that I know where it is, I will park again soon.

Best kept secret in LAX parking. If too many people find out, it would ruin it for the rest of us.

I was glad to park so close to the airport. Your shuttles drivers were very courteous, the only problem was that a lot of cars were parked taking almost two spaces. But that is not a problem of the parking itself but your customers!!!
