I was VERY disappointed in the service at the Westin. Upon arrival, I was simply ignored - even though there was someone at the valet desk. I actually thought that there must be another spot for airport parking and drove around again. There were no signs, and no one to ask. Finally, I drove back to where I originally tried and someone did come over to my car. Luckily, I had given myself plenty of time, but it would have been very harrowing if I had been pressed for time. Upon my return to pick up my car, the credit card machine was not working and the person there merely suggested I go inside and use the ATM.
I will NEVER use the Westin again.
