Would be higher rated, but on return, wait was too long for the van ride back to the Renaissance - texted upon landing and still waited outside after picking up international bags for at least 25 minutes.

The shuttle never came to pick us up at the airport. We watched every other parking center's shuttle come by at least twice. In the end, we took a taxi to the car park. The valet at the car park was good.

Nice location near the LAX airport, secure covered parking, valet dude was really cool i was late on arrival and he didn't charge me any extra money. You get what you pay for.

My husband and I used this lot for the first time recently, and we were very impressed. It was easy to find, close to the airport, and the staff was very professional and helpful. The shuttle wait was minimal and the driver was very courteous. I read the reviews and made sure to print my reservation out and also gave myself extra time on the return trip. We would park there again!

The wait time for the shuttle was longer than listed. However, it was great that they provided an interactive map to show where the shuttle was located so you had an estimate of where/when it would arrive. That being stated, it was Sunday night and the shuttle was extremely busy and full - so each stop took longer than anticipated. Due to the extended wait time for the shuttle, another family was "cutting it close" as we were when we boarded the shuttle. We did not know that the shuttle stopped at another hotel along the way to drop off other passengers picked up from the airport. Bottom line- would I park there again? YES! but allow more time for the shuttle.

loved it. always great service a little expensive compared to the others, but they make up for it in their service. just wish the shuttles would come a bit faster. my return wait was a bit long especially since it was close to midnight when i got in.

The shuttle wait time was longer than expected and then we did a pick up at 1 other hotel so we were pushing time to catch our flight. Luckily it wasn't crowded that day. A plus was that my car battery had died while away that weekend and the attendants handed me jumper cables with a power source. Thank goodness for that! I was very thankful of their courteousness.

The price of parking was very good, your website worked just fine. Everything went very well and I would reccomend you in the future. There was only one problem, your emails. You have a HTML goof in the code and it is showing up as text not HTML and is unreadable. The confirmation email you sent me was also goofed up the same way.
