Excellent deal for parking, called them from the airport once I returned and car was ready when we arrived at the hotel, shuttle service from airport is a little slow but ok.

The location to the airport was very good, the waiting area was very good, the timeliness of the shuttle was good on the trip to the airport. The experiences with my return was awful, I waited for the shuttle to show up @ 10:45 pm and it never showed, so I called the number listed on my ticket and the young lady asked me what time did I get there for the shuttle and I informed her I was standing at the location listed on the ticket at 10:45 pm. By this time it was after 11 pm and the shuttle stops picking customers up at 11 pm, the young lady informed me that I had to take a taxi to the hotel.

The only complaint I have is that the driver dropped everyone off at arrivals instead of departures near our airline. We had three bags, two kids, a stroller and two car seats so getting dropped up downstairs and on the opposite end of the terminal from our airline was a real hassle. But every other aspect was great.

Super easy-to-find and convenient parking. Not far from the airport at all. Check-in was smooth and only took a few minutes. Wait time for shuttle was about 5-10 min on departure. Had to wait about 15 min on arrival, but late night flight arrival may have contributed to that. Friendly staff and driver. Would use again.

After arriving at the shuttle pick up outside of baggage claim at 2:25 PM I didn't get picked up until 3:05, and I was traveling with a pet. I have no clue where the 2:40 shuttle was. Then as I struggled with my pet, because I wanted to get him in my car as soon as possible, which thankfully I had called ahead to have my car brought around, your driver started to drive off with my bag. I yelled for him to stop, but he seemed extremely confused. Finally someone else stopped him and I just opened the back and took out my own bag. Needless to say, I was extremely upset by the whole experience!

I've used the service several times. This last time, the shuttle service was a little sketchy. The site says the shuttle leaves every 20 minutes, however for the first hour it leaves every 30 minutes, so I had to wait about 15 minutes for the shuttle. On the way home, the drivers passed me up 3x before I finally was able to get on the correct shuttle. The shuttles should be more clearly marked (i.e. North or South loop). Because they were not clearly marked, it made for a very difficult time this last time. I may give it another try because I hadn't experienced issues the first few times I parked and I do like the location and that my vehicle is parked inside.

It was great to come back and have our car waiting for us out front. We waited about 10 minutes for the shuttle and when we arrived our car was waiting. Nice job!

I wish I had known about this parking years ago. As a business traveler, I have spent thousands of dollars parking onsite at the airport. This is very convenient and safe. As soon as I land, I call the valet and my car is waiting for me when I arrive on the shuttle bus. As a woman, this sure beats wandering around an unsupervised airport parking garage in search for my car. Thanks, guys. You've made my travel experience that much better!

The Renissance Hotel front desk clerk was very rude on two occassions when I asked her direct questions. She was on the phone, and kept me waiting in front of her as if she didn't see me. She didn't say anything appropriate such as, "I'll be with you in a minute; she just kept me waiting in front of her until she was finished with the phone call. Once she was finished, she was short, and acting like I was a bother to her. This happened twice during the 10 - 15 minutes that we were at the hotel waiting for the shuttle to the airport. We arrived around 5:00 am on Monday, March 18, 2013. The valet who parked the car and the driver who drove us to the airport were very nice and helpful. The driver on the return trip could have helped more with the luggage, but did not, and we were told specifically by the hotel before we left that that was their job.
