Lots of space in the top floors. Elevator only goes to floor 2, so leave your bags downstairs. Staff helpful, and shuttle was right there when we got out of Bradley Terminal. (That's probably luck, but still, they get credit for it.) Overall, excellent service and price very good through this website.

As soon as we parked our car there was a driver in a cart waiting to take us to the shuttle. The shuttle was there immediately and took us directly to our terminal. When we returned to LAX we only had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle and it took us straight back to the parking structure. Then another driver took us to our car. It was fantastic. I like that you have covered parking. Also your online daily rates through Cheap Airport Parking were great. We will definitely park here again!

- waited for about 5 minutes to get shuttle to airport
- on return, called as we were walking outside, shuttle was there in about 3 minutes
- after we got out of the shuttle, they drove us in a golf cart right to our car
- this was the third time we've used them. all experiences were great.

The parking facility was conveinent and easily located near the airport. The attendants were very helpful in taking me back to my car after my trip.

I can overlook the hike to the second floor for the elevator because I was offered a courtesy ride to my parking spot. This place is extremely convenient. I use it every time I travel. Plus the shuttle was speedy quick, the staff is patient and efficient.

Dec. 2009 - Was in a rush to get to New York due to death in the family. This parking lot requiring the clients to use 4th floor and up, didn't think to advise online that the elevator was not working. My husband had to lug two heavy bags down more than few flights of stairs. The staff at the exit or in the office are not there to "help you" but to just react minimum amount to whatever you are there for. Drivers of the shuttles, on the other hand, are more friendly.

It was quick to check in and the shuttle service was fast and so close to the airport. The only downside was on the return. The cashier just handed me a receipt and said nothing more. When we tried to exit, they said we needed a ticket and to return to the office. It would have saved time and frustration had she told me that when I paid for my car.

Fine facility. However, people should be aware that you need to park at the fourth level and above. It takes a while to get there. It would be better if the outside ramp was broadened to allow cars to get directly to the fourth level.

Very convenient and shuttles were waiting upon departure. Had to wait 20 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up after the trip. Don't forget to bring your ticket with you (even though we did, they still took good care of us).

Wow, what a nightmare. Will NEVER park here again. Why? First of all, the parking is in a garage where the first three floors are reserved for regular parking renters. So you have to drive to the fourth floor before you can even begin to look for parking. And the fourth floor is marked "Valet Only - Will Tow Other Cars" or something like that. Coming in on a Friday evening, ALL of the rest of the parking floors, all the way to the uncovered rooftop, was completely FULL. So I ended up circling all the way to the rooftop (some 7 floors or so), and on back down to the fourth floor, looking for parking and not finding any. I was about to miss my flight. So I parked in one of the "Valet Only" slots on the fourth floor. Fortunately, the lot decided not to enforce the sign and my car didn't get towed. The next big nasty was to find that the elevator only went to the SECOND FLOOR. That's right, you have to WALK DOWN (and even worse, on your return, WALK UP) one floor to the cashier and the shuttle. Now, the worst experience was the return shuttle trip. It was a Sunday evening. Yes, LAX was maddeningly crowded and the traffic horrible. I waited for over 45 minutes for a shuttle. Our shuttle was packed and the poor driver (who really did seem to be trying hard, I felt sorry for the guy) had to leave four other customers at Terminal 7 by the curb. In all, it took me about an hour from the time I got my baggage at the airport before I got my car back. And oh, the cashier tried to rip me off. I had a reservation for this parking through this website, for price of about $19 or so which I gave to her. She handed me a credit card charge slip of over $45. I grabbed the reservation back from her and told her, no, this says I only owe you about $9+. So she handed me a refund slip for the remainder. This story is not over yet, as you might expect. Suspicious person that I am, I fully intend to check my Visa statement to make sure that they put the refund through. So, to summarize, if you are not physically fit enough to carry ALL OF YOUR LUGGAGE UP ONE FULL FLIGHT OF STAIRS (for the return home), DO NOT USE THIS PARKING LOT. If you do not want to hassle with an overbooked parking lot that runs short of parking spaces and pickup shuttle vans during the peak times, do not use this parking lot. If you do not want to hassle with making sure that you actually get what should be a guaranteed reservation low price, DO NOT NOT USE THIS PARKING LOT. That doesn't leave too many people, I don't think, so I think it would be safe to simply say DO NOT USE THIS PARKING LOT. I surely will never use it again.
