I always have a really good experience with Park Air Express. However, I had to leave my keys for the duration of my trip for the first time due to no single parking spaces which I did not like. So, if you do not like leaving your keys with attendants while on vacation, not the place. Otherwise, this is a great place to park and fly.

Overall the staff and service are terrific! Improvement could be made on the wait time of airport pick-ups, but otherwise I'm very happy with rates, service, and the people.

I was very pleased with the service received from Park Air Express.
We're a family of 4. We and our luggage got shuttled to our terminal fast, and we're picked up fast on our return. I would definitely use them again.

Parking garage is clean and secure; shuttles are clean and drivers are friendly/courteous. My only criticism deals with pick up at LAX; I waited over 20 minutes for a shuttle bus (and other patrons complained of waiting longer). This is unfortunate, as other companies (e.g., Park'n Fly and The Parking Spot) had a much more robust presence outside of baggage claim. If not for the delay in pick up, I would rate Park Air Express as excellent.

This was the best LAX parking experience ever. Really appreciated the quick trip from the airport, without no circling around to pick up more passengers. Nice to have the car waiting at the reception lobby.

I dropped off my car for valet parking. I chose the car wash service because I like my car really clean as it is a new car 2013. When I returned, I noticed some minor areas that were not wiped clean, no biggee, but that made me inspect the entire car. As I looked at the trunk, I noticed some surface scratches on the trunk. I showed it to the manager and he filled a report. I discussed with him that it may be able to be polished out and he took some pics and he said the claims company would contact me within 5 days. After 5 days and no answer, I called the claims company listed on the report to only get a busy signal. I called the car wash company and they gave me another number and got the same result, busy signal. They finally took my number and someone finally called me back at the same time the written answer was mailed 8 days later. The answer left on my voice message was "that my vehicle was too dirty to determine if the scratches were pre-existing". The written report says, they determined the scratches WERE pre-existing. Hmmm? If my car was dirty, how can you tell if tell if it was pre-existing? Sounds like they are contradicting themselves. My suggestion, find another place to park unless you want you car scratched and have to deal with claims company that is hard to get a hold of a won't take responsibility for their damages.

Shuttles were waiting on us to get to the airport and when we called the number for pick up took no longer than 15 minutes. Clean and car was waiting for me when I arrived.

Great location and kept clean, the one main issue I found is trying to get out after parking my car. Very few signs in the lot itself about where to find the shuttle. I didn't even know there was an elevator until I returned to pickup my car.

The other issue is the parking area markers are the same on each floor, so "F3" is on each floor, that would have been good to know beforehand.
