I was happy with everything except checking in and checking out of the long term parking.
When I got to the parking lot gate, there were no instructions as to what to do. I had prepaid and the last time I was there, there was an attendant. I had to call the number on my receipt and they told me to take a ticket and park. My luggage was heavy, so it was inconvenient to slept it all the way from my car to the front of the hotel.
Upon return, the shuttle driver couldn't take me to my car, so again it was a hassle with my luggage. I had to leave it there in front of the hotel and go get my car, drive it back around and have the doorman put my luggage in the car. So, I tipped the shuttle driver, and the doorman. I don't really mind the double tipping so much as the inconvenience of getting my luggage in and out of my car and to and from the shuttle.
