I parked here during a Thanksgiving trip and had a downright miserable experience. I mean, awful. An hour wait for the shuttle at LAX (after it drove by us FOUR TIMES) and another 35 minutes in line at the facility. But because I had two decent experiences before that, I decided to give Joe's another shot.
This time, they were better. I've always -- ALWAYS -- been impressed by the prompt and courteous service demonstrated by the valets. Especially in today's world filled with less-than-impressive service, I'm curious where Joe's finds these ladies and gentlemen -- it must be a magical land!
The shuttle driver to LAX provided ZERO help with baggage -- and thus, received no gratuity. The driver on the way back was a friendly, spunky lady who insisted on helping everyone with their bags and could probably powerlift an aircraft carrier while standing on her head. My car was ready upon arrival, smiles greeted me (and it was a long trip -- I needed some smiles), and checkout was a breeze.
Joe's has won be back.
