Upon arrival back to Los Angeles, wait for shuttle to pick you up at red HOTEL & COURTESY SHUTTLE signs in front of each of the terminals. Shuttle buses are cruising through all LAX terminals.

Upon your arrival to the lot at the end of your trip, go to the office to pay for your parking before heading to your car.

Parked at Airport Center Express next to Marriott (self-parking). 5 minute wait for shuttle at to go to LAX, and a 12 minute wait at LAX coming back Thursday night. That's pretty good. I've read some reviews here about discrepancies between advertised rates and rates people had to pay when picking up their car, so I printed my reservation and presented it at time of payment when I picked up my car. All went well. Print an extra copy for your record because the cashier will keep the copy you give her.

It's a problem that the elevator does not reach the main floor where the main pickup and drop off area is, I realize however nothing can be resolved about this but because of this, the Golf Cart service to transport customers to their cars with luggage should be running 24/7 and several carts and drivers should be available again, at all times. Given the prices here are in line with other parking garages, why would I park here again.

i have used this facility for a long time when it was Quik Park and liked it a great deal.....HOWEVER.......you need to get the shuttle buses better timed. Took me almost 25 minutes to get picked up and there was a woman waiting to go to the airport that had been waiting for 25 minutes.....very poor service......one more try with you fellas.....hopefully you will get the message....this is the third time this happened and if it wasn't for the nice woman at the counter I would not be coming back

My husband and I arrived late at night on the 29th of March to drop off our car after we had booked online. The price was approx. 120 dollars for almost 3 weeks which was a great price. On the online reservation it said "valet parking" and when we arrived we found a sign in front of the office which asked us to stop the car right there and wait for someone to come out. A very bored looking, young woman stared at us through the window while eating and laughing on the cell phone. She would not get up, no smile, no gesture, no movement whatsoever! Did she see us? Yes...but she would not move until my husband went inside, and when she had finished her sandwich she finally started moving slowly with her radio in her hand. We felt like we had interrupted her doing something more important than working...this is not how to greet and treat customers.

Then the shuttle came, super fast with a super nice driver, very professional, helpful and within minutes we were at our terminal. That was the AWESOME part when we left. After we came back the shuttle was at our terminal really quick and again with another, super nice, customer oriented, friendly and helpful driver. When we arrived at the garage, our car was already waiting for us. All we had to do is pay. The young attendant (not the same from earlier) was not the friendliest and wanted to charge us 368 Dollars! I told her that this could not be right and we had booked and confirmed a way cheaper price (we are talking triple the price here!) She informed us, that we parked 3 weeks ... REALLY? We told her that we booked it online and she replied in a very non-friendly way: Well, if you cannot show the printout it will be 368. Thank God we found the printout and eventually paid what we had booked it for!

In conclusion: Great place, very close to the Airport, super nice drivers, no long waiting times at all. If you don't mind snotty attendants we can really recommend this place. If you book online make sure you have your printout ready so you end up paying the price that has been confirmed!

Elevators were broken and you have to park on the 4th level so that wasn't too fun after a long international flight!! The shuttle too is inconsistent!! I saw other shuttles multiple times before ours came and it only came when I called! Don't think I will park here again!

I loved my experience. I have only ONE complaint. The elevator does not go all the way to the first floor. So there I was, a small woman, with two small children, at four o'clock in the morning, with four bags to lug down two flights of stairs with no help available.

Other than that, the shuttle driver on the way back was wonderful and the price can't be beat!

We have parked there in the past when it was Quikpark. This time the when we got back I went inside to pay. The girl behind the counter was not very friendly. She was talking to another employee and I felt that I was interrupting. I gave her my ticket. She then gave me a much higher price than I my reservation. I told her that I was giving a different price. She told me I should have told her that. Then I gave her cash and had to ask for a receipt.
Not sure I will use your company again. There are a lot of other companies.

Shuttle experience coming back was worst experience. Driver never acknowledged us, never offered to help with bags. When asked about check out process he said I don't know, you'll figure it out.

Excellent service all-round. Fast pick-up from the airport with a distinctive, easy-to-spot van. Car was waiting for us when we got to the parking location (valet). The only aspect that was less than perfect was the car wash service, which missed a few spots, though since this service is provided by an external vendor I can't fault them for it.

Overall I was impressed with your parking service. However, there are three items which might be problems for new customers:

1) the elevator does not go all the way down to the first floor and carrying two pieces of checked luggage plus one carry on up one flight of stairs is asking a lot from paying customers;

2) street signage is difficult to read and if one passes the entrance to your parking facility, one has to enter into the airport in order to return to you place. This is time consuming.

3) other parking services pick up their customers inside the parking facility close to where they park their cars.

Your driver had a full bus by the time they arrived to terminal 5. I had to wait over 40 minutes for a shuttle. The driver was going to drive off but I ran and banged on the window to have him stop. He barked at me because he did not want to carry my bag onto the bus but rather have me carry them up the stairs and hand them to him on the bus. He was rude and uncooperative.
