12/27/2010Awful!!!!!!!!!! Worst service ever!!! I made a reservation for which I had to give a deposit for and when I arrived at the location the lot was full. I had even called the earlier during the day and they did not inform me of this. The management from the lot blamed the situation on this website. They don't guarantee your reservation, it is all a lie. I had a flight to catch and I had to go find another place to park at the last minute.
