Parking was okay, it was getting my car that was a bad experience. I called once I got my baggage and was told the shuttle be there in a few minutes, I waited 25 minutes before I called back. I was told the shuttle would be another 5 minutes, it was 15 minutes later before the shuttle arrived. I don't mind waiting 30-35 minutes, I would have stopped and went to the restroom or got a drink, but I was told the shuttle woul only be a few minutes and I didn't want to make it wait on me. I wasn't told that I needed to see an attendant before I got to the gate so I had to go park again and go inside to see the attendant. I had to wait almost 5 minutes before I was able to pay, and there was no one else waiting in line

Only problem is they were not aware that I already paid a part of the bill online and tried to charge me for the entire stay.

Will never park there again. They charged me more then what was posted on my original invoice. They said it was the fault of the cheapairportparking.org. I have never had this problem before.

Wait time for the shuttle was unexceptable, I will spend the $2 extra and go with a shuttle that comes on a regular basis.

Nice paved lot, car not covered in dust, driver was a slob, smellled bad,pants falling off and drove like a maniac, didnt slow down on bumps or corners, probally shouldnt be driving humans as his cargo.

Office staff is very slow....
Driver was courteous, friendly, and got there fast.
The facility is run down but good enough for extended parking.

Horrible. I should file a complaint with the BBB. The parking lot was filled and they did not honor your reservations. I had to get valet parking down the street so I could make my flight. It also cost about $100 more for the parking at the other lot.

Is this a scam that you are running? Your reservations were worthless and could have caused me to miss my flight to Australia, if I could not find alternate parking at the last moment.

Before I booked with Cheap Airport Parking I called EZ Park and they said they accept reservations from Cheap Airport Parking.

I would never use either company since they did not honor their reservations.

Horrible!!! Waited 35 minutes for a shuttle. Called 3 times to see what was taking so long and every time was told 5 more minutes. 35 minutes later the shuttle arrived. Tony the owner was apologetic when I arrived. I figured I would give them anothe chance. I fly out every week.

Today, I came back and waited 20 minutes for a shuttle. Not as bad as last time but waiting outside in pouring down rain for 20 is too long for me. As I waited for my shuttle, I would count how many times other parking shuttles would have a shuttle come. There were a few who had at least 4 shuttles come. Every 5 minutes they would come around and stop even if they had no one to pick up. They offer a good price but it's not worth the wait, unless you have an extra hour to spare when coming back.

Got to the lot and they refused to take our Prepaid reservation.
