Price was great, service was great, but it was memorial day weekend and we had to park almost in the swamp all the way in the back. they need to fix that parking space just like the front.

Parking was good. transportation to airport within 20 minutes of arrival. I parked for 18 days and found my van in good shape at pick up. Pick up from the airport within 20 minutes. I was one day late to pick up my van and was charged an additional $7.99 for that day plus a 10% airport fee that came to $7.98 that I did not know about. All things considered I would use this lot again but make sure I was not late. Be sure to add a little travel time to your trip.

You could use better signs to let people know where to go when they pull onto your lot. Driver of the shuttle was not friendly at all, but your prices were great and our car was safe. Thanks.

Because of the road work in front of EZ Park we had a difficult time finding you at 5:30AM. The rest of our experience went without a hitch. Thank You!

Dropping the car off was very easy and the guy working at the counter very friendly. Coming back the guy answering the phone after me picking up the luggage was extremly unfriendly on the phone and later also wanted to overcharge me. Luckily I had my printout of the parking reservation and printout with me. All in all and looking at the rates I would use this facility again in the furure.

I had the "add-on" of the bug wash. Overall the job STUNK. Not sure what the window shield was cleaned with - but it is still streaky (even after using wiper fluid). The "bug's juice" was still clearly visible on the windshield and front bumper. I would use your place again, but only for airport parking.

I arrived at EZ Park & Pets and was greeted immediately by a very nice young man. I was getting out of my car when I asked him why my airline E-Ticket said Orlando/Sanford SFB on it. He said you are at the wrong airport. (I was at the Orlando Airport) He said Allegiant Airlines flies out of Sanford Airport....which was 40 minutes away. I was upset with the way they (whomever) listed the Sanford Airport. Why have Orlando/Sanford if you are supposed to fly out of Sanford?????? I spoke to other passengers on my flight that had also gone to the Orlando Airport. Due to the nice young man at EZ Park & Pets, where I had reservations to park, I was able to get to the correct airport. I was lucky that my flight was running one hour & 10 mins. late. I am thankfull I had chosen EZ Park & Pets to make my parking reservation. If I had parked at the Orlando Airport, I would not have been told that I needed to be at the SANFORD AIRPORT until I was inside the Orlando Airport at the ticket counter. THAT would have been a disaster. Thank you EZ Park & Pets.

Well...this place is in an alright location, not the best. Facility is a little run down, staff isn't the friendliest or professional either, but they are by no means rude. Shuttle is on time and prompt, however, the "shuttle" we took home from the airport was an old "short" school bus. It shouldn't even be on the road as it was in rough shape.

Despite all of this, they were quick and easy to work with and my car was safe throughout my 3-4 day trip. If the price is right and you don't need any frills...this place should work out fine.

I requested a car wash while I was parked. It didnt happen, even though I was there all week. I got no explanation as to why. So all the Lovebugs I picked up on the way to Orlando, sat and baked, actually damaging my paint.
