There are two guys who work here. One is very nice and sweet, the other one is hostile, over-charges and it feels like he's about to attack you at any minute. My ride to the airport at 5am was great, it was an older gentleman who checked me in and took me straight to my gate, very fast, efficient service. Upon my return to Los Angeles airport
the following day however, I was picked up 40 minutes late, and then taken for a joyride 3 times around the airport because I had requested a car wash and they had forgotten to do it, so the driver was riding around the airport with me in the van until he got a call saying that my car was ready. The carwash was NOT worth the $15 I was charged. And the driver was rude, hostile and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I am the type of person that gets along with EVERYONE! Well not in this case, when we got back to the facility he overcharged me for 3 extra days and called me illiterate for not having printed out my reservation for him (although i did show him the reservation on my smart phone). When i asked to speak to the manager or the person in charge, he said "I am the boss, the manager, the supervisor, the owner, anything you have to say, you say to me!" obviously a person with even a half-brain would know that the owner of a business would not talk to his customers in that way. Aaaargh! it was not good, as much as I tried to shrug it off after I left, no one likes to be mistreated for no apparent reason so I dont recommend this place and would not feel safe going back there, god forbid same crazy dude do something to my car while it's in the lot!
