Waited 2 hours in the baking sun for a shuttle to pick us up, even though twice when i called i was told he left 2 minutes ago. Then they stopped even answering the phone. Shuttle had no air when we left for cruise, still no air when we returned a week later. Car was not parked in the fenced in lot where we left it, sounded like it was around the block somewhere. Will never use again & contacting my credit card company for refund.

The people at this parking location were very rude and impatient. They picked us up an hour and thirty mins after we called and told them we had arrived at the port, we called them 3 times and they suggested we take a taxi and when asked for a ETA they said they couldn't provide one that it could be another 25mins on top of the one hr and thirty mins we had already waited. Worst parking ever, BEWARE!!! Never would use them again!

I have reserved the parking space using www.cheapairportparking.org and paid initially $5 online. But when I went to park, everything was smooth. But when I went to take the car, they said their system is not showing up that I made $5 payment online. And they charged full amount ($5 per day, not $4.5 as it is indicated online). I heard from others they had the same experience. Keep away from this parking. They are not trustworthy at all.

Was not happy with this facility and will not use again. It was dirty and not well managed and not very friendly. I paid the balance in cash before being taken to the airport and upon my return they tried to charge me again by saying I did not pay. I believe the person at the desk either was new and didn't give me the proper receipt or he pocketed the cash. In any event, in the end they did believe me and gave me my keys. I will always pay with a credit card in the future.

After waiting 25 minutes at the airport, they charged me for one more day for ariving 15 minutes after the reserved time. Would not recommend this Airport Parking

The facility could use a little work but the personnel were very nice. This lot is very close to the cruise ships and we will probably use again. Can't beat the price!

Fernando, our driver Friday night, was absolutely great with us. We were going to Puerto Rico and, being that he's Puerto Rican, he gave us great advice for our trip.
Will definitely use your airport parking service again and will recommend to everyone I know.

I'm rating you good as my first experience. The person who worked on May 18th in the morning was very good but he was the only one there?He could barely manage the work load but hustled to get it done so I tipped him well. I would suggest you get him more help in the future because one person is definetly not enough to get the job done right.
