What a lovely transit place this was, I forgot my cell phone in the car and they came and brought it back, I think its rarely that you see such a compassion to the customers. I must thank so much for everything you guys did. Amazing experience, I would recommend anybody going to JFK. It is affordable and efficient. Good Job.

We are very sorry, but we missed your SmartPark JFK Valet Parking. Our GPS System led us to the Avistar Parking, I showed them my reservation they said yes just park here and pay the rest later on your return.

Sorry to say I paid much more that I would have with you. I wonder, if you could give me a credit for the $ 13.25 I prepaid, or give me a voucher for next time in this amount. When I called someone at SmartParkJFK say told me, this mixup happens quite often. Thank you for your consideration.

The pick up from the ariport back to the parking lot was a little slow. Other than that, great job.

Parking was a regular hotel parking lot with no real security. My recommendation for future customers - park under a light. Otherwise it was fine.
