I used Avistar in the past, and really liked the service. I called them to see if they'd match the $12/day rate I found with CheapAirportParking (Avistar was charging $19/day) and they would not. I took my chances, booked the reservation with Cheap Airport Parking, and was so glad I did. The service was excellent, the location was incredibly convenient (last exit off the Van Wyck, stay to the right on the exit ramp, make a left onto Lefferts Blvd, make another left onto the access road, parking is on the right -- SO EASY!). I was on the shuttle in under five minutes, and at the terminal in 10 minutes. Coming home, the shuttle picked me up in under three minutes, and I was in my car ten minutes later. It couldn't have been easier, and the personnel couldn't have been nicer.

Worked absolutely smoothly - coming back from a long long flight, it was great to have such prompt and friendly pickup service, and to find the car just waiting for us. Office staff just as friendly and helpful.

I was very pleased with every aspect.. you guys are the best.. there was almost no time spent waiting either to get to the airport of back and when I was told I was being picked up in about a minute.. I was expecting to drink a cup of hot chocolate while waiting for my car returned, as it is advertised on your website. Only very limited selection of drinks is available. However, the other service was excellent.

The staff was professional and courteous. We loved that our car was running and ready for us when we got back to the parking area. We used to take a car service to the airport now we are done with that now that we found your convenient parking option.
