Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) Parking Reviews

Parked here twice this year and both times we were impressed with how efficient the process was. Booked our reservation online. Drove in, got in the van and off to the airport. For the return we landed, got through customs and immigration, called Airpark and within minutes they picked us up, dropped us off, we paid and were off home.

The trip to the airport and pick up were very fast and the drivers were fine. The guy behind the desk was a jerk. On the front end, all was fine or even very good, although FINDING the place is not easy. Very poor signage. When we arrived back at Newark and called, the guy was rude. Then he told me we had to go to a very particular place at the Newark Airport to be picked up. He could not describe it well. Then when we got to the lot, he did not like the print out. Then he wanted more than the amount on the print out. So you will NOT see us again. There are so many parking sites at the Newark Airport, I will go back to the ones I used before. Saving $1.00 a day doesn't worth it.

It is nice to park at your place, but there is no guarentee for items and money inside car, Last time i forget to take cash ($20) from my car, the day i came back cash is missing from my car.

It was obvious that my vehicle had been used (driven) and searched. I was not happy about that.

A little difficult to find but well worth it. You need to go into Crowne Plaza entrance and go through gate by taking a parking ticket!!! Wish I knew that or they had a sign indicating it. Immediate transportation to airport. Upon return, 5 minute wait to be picked up and our car was immediately available as we got out of Van. I will definitely go back.

Only problem I can recall was the directions to the facility when we got off Rt. 78 coming from the west. On the map it looked as though the hotel was on the right. Had to make a U-turn and come back on the other side. Other than that, company and personnel were prompt and very courteous. Thank you - we will definitely use you again.

Of course, I had trouble finding you. On the e-mail receipt the name of your facility should somehow be easier to locate. The driver the first day was a doll. The driver on the return trip wasn't friendly, gave the least amount of help possible. The people who waited on me at the counter were very nice. The price was great.

Excellent personnel service. The wait time for pick-up (20 mins) was a little longer then we anticpated. Overall a very positive experience and we will use your services in the future and recommend it to others.
