When I hopped onto the shuttle, I was the only one. The driver didn't wait, and drove me to the airport right away.

We used this facility in August for a week.It was a little confusing to find at first but we made a second pass and saw the sign. It was easy to park, catch the shuttle and go to the airport. The return trip was just as easy. We will definately use your facility again.

Overall it was a great spot for parking the only thing that i have a concern with was the promise of covered parking. I got in on a saturday and had to park all the way to the top, not covered parking. I was gone for 7 days. There was less expensive parking uncovered, but i pick this site for more money expecting covered parking. anyway great spot overall

I found it a bit difficult to spot the correct bus after returning from my trip. The signage on the side of the bus listed a different parking option from the top front center of the bus. If not for noticing the address on the side of the bus, I would have missed it.

I've used this facility quite a few times and have never been let down. Once you figure out where it is, it's a breeze from that point on.

Check your balance on the amount that you have to pay at the lot. The attendant charge me more than the amount of the balance. CHEATS.

I would definitely park here again. Perhaps they've posted more signs since one reviewer had his car towed, but there were plenty of signs on every floor about airport parking being on floors 4-8, but I appreciated that reviewer's post.

One note, remember to take your parking ticket with you, as you need to call for a shuttle pick-up at the airport upon your return.

My flight was delayed by two hours, so I was worried I would be charged more, but they kept to my original online price, which I really appreciated. I will park here again as well as recommend it to others.
