My girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprised by how easy the entire process was. We parked over thanksgiving weekend so the lot was packed. I parked no problem, got on the shuttle and was on my plane in no time. The only inconvenience was that I wasn't sure where to find the return shuttle after getting back to LAX. Luckily I spotted them looking for me. I only waited for about 2 minutes after calling to let them know that we had arrived. I paid the rate that I was quoted online and was on my way.

I will definitely use this service again.

I was a little worried that I wouldn't be able to find a parking spot on Thanksgiving morning, even though I had reserved one through the website. Luckily, I did get a spot, and the rest of the experience was just fine.

convenient location by the airport. the shuttle came within 5 minutes. upon return, the shuttle came within 5 minutes of my finding the pickup location. pickup location wasn't the easiest to find, but that was no fault of the company.

I drove around forever looking for parking. I eventually parked in a space that wasn't even designated as one. The lighting was very poor on the roof and the elevators were beyond disgusting. My first shuttle driver going to the airport was super sweet (esp since it was 5 am). The driver on my return was extremely rude.

I have used Airport Center three times while traveling out of LAX and I'll continue to do so. The location is conveniently close to the airport, the shuttles arrive regularly, and the price (especially when booking online) is hard to beat. I've always been able to find a covered spot, and I've never had any damage done to my car. My only concern is that the parking spaces are tiny, which results in often hard-to-park situations. However, the positives outweigh any inconvenience.

The parking spaces are extremely narrow. I actually bothered to park within the lines of the space, but unfortunately someone hit my car when backing out of their spot and left without a note. The parking lot does not have security cameras, so I am left with a hit and run situation and a dent in my car.

While it is the driver's fault for hitting my car, I also have to say that if the spaces weren't too narrow we probably wouldn't have had this problem in the first place. And if they had security cameras in the lot, I wouldn't be left with a damaged car and no one to be held responsible for it.

It was Thanksgiving Day, so we arrived at 5am and drove to designated parking Levels 4-7. The structure was overbooked and no personnel was around to oversee the parking. We drove around for 25 min and almost exited the facility to drive to LAX Lot C when we luckily located a very nice Airport Center employee, who quickly directed us to a ground level parking spot.

Everything else went smooth with the shuttle and parking personnel after that, but I will not park here again, because I paid to reserve a spot and it was not available upon our arrival and we lost time getting to the airport. When we checked out, they tried overcharging us $50+ so I showed them our parking reservation form since we contracted to pay less. Without it, they would have charged us $50+ so make sure you have your parking reservation form if you park at this facility.

I almost missed my flight because there was no spot available, even though I had reserved my spot (and paid the deposit) online. I got lucky that at the last minute somebody pulled out and I was able to make my flight just as they were closing the door. This is really unacceptable, and you should do a better job of keeping track of your spots, and not promise people a spot when there might be none.

Also, I noticed many cars that had taken two spots because they had parked incorrectly. You should definitely do something about that.

Not enough shuttles at LAX for pick up - otherwise ok.
