This is an okay place. You have to go several levels up to find a parking spot. Long walk to shuttle when you have baggage. It is okay. Not too bad.

arrived early on a saturday morning, and boy the lot was full. i drove around and around. lot was full, but because it was a long weekend and i was just there for a quick turn around and back that night i was allowed to park in an assigned spot, but i still worried if my car would be there or not when i got back. good in a pinch but i still like the valet service at renaissance better. plus you can text your ticket number when you land and they will have your car already pulled up for you! super nice.

Overall a great place and good price however during this specific trip, finding a spot in the structure was difficult an took more time than we anticipated as the areas for airport parking were full. We had to park in a different level, it was fine, but when we reserve a spot, we shouldn't have to keep driving around to find one that opens up.

This trip was great. No problems finding a spot. We even arrived late coming home and it was still honored and we didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for arriving past our anticipated time of exit.

Great Location. Great staff. Everything about this lot is great EXCEPT one thing. The last time I reserved a spot, THEY DIDN'T &*^%$@ HAVE ONE FOR ME!!!!

The overall pricing is very good for extended stays. And the shuttle service is quite nice, but it does not run as frequently as other parking facilities. However, this is where the lower daily rates is a very positive aspect. The traveling party will need to give themselves at least 30 minutes to get back to the car and up to 45-50 minutes dependent on the arrival times. The departures to the airport are much more efficient and timely, normally no more than a 10-15 min wait.

I only parked here once and really don't want to go through that experience again. It was really hard to find the entrance to the garage because it sits close to the hotel, it was difficult to find a parking spot, and I had to drag my luggage a long way to the shuttle. Upon my return, I got stuck in the parking garage because the gate would not recognize my ticket. It was very late already and I had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to come down and let me out. I won't use this airport parking location again.

Wasn't sure what to expect using one of these off-site parking garages, but it went quite alright. The only thing myself and a few other people had to wait quite a while for the shuttle to bring us to the airport. Well, it doesn't help not being early either. Going back to the parking lot, I didn't have to wait very long. But of course it all depends on how busy the airport is and where the shuttle is when you're calling. I just booked a second parking reservation today, so, hopefully, it will go smoothly as well.

Took 20 min waiting at terminal to be pickup after call for pickup. That's is not fast as the web statement.
There are 2 Airport Centers, confusing when to get off. The yellow bus was not distincted from other parking company yellow bus. Sign QUICKPARK should be bigger and should have one on the side of bus too!
