More "in your face" signage would be helpful to find exactly where to enter the garage for airport parking. I did not see the sign that stated airport parking was on Levels 4-8 only. Thus I parked on Level 1. After passing spots that had reserved signs posted on the wall, I parked in a space that I thought had no restrictions. Wrong! I did not see the reserved and tow signs that were below my windshield vision. When I returned, I found that my car had been towed, and I was presented with a bill of $481 that I had to pay in order to obtain release of my car! I won't park here again because of this bad experience and also I don't want to make my way down from 4th-8th floors to catch the shuttle.

one shuttle every 20 minutes is unexceptable. by the time the next shuttle comes it's already full. after waiting 1.5 hours for a shuttle that had room in it for the three of us traveling, i broke down and called a cab. very shitty experience!!!

The only issue was that the confirmation print out doesn't give you enough information on the shuttle. How many times it rounds in an hour, what the shuttle looks like (for when you are on your way back) and exactly what area to stand in for the shuttle. There are a few different shuttle areas at LAX. Besides that the price was right, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks!

It took me about 15 to 20 minutes to find parking spot. So you need extra time for that especially in travel peak season. Other than this, everything is great.

Wait for shuttle pick up is too long. The location and facility is great!

Parking lot was full. Had to park on the roof. Most the spaces are for compact cars. Any single space was narrowed by misaligned poorly parked cars trying to cram into too small a space, so they were unusable.

I almost missed my flight because there was no spot available, even though I had reserved my spot (and paid the deposit) online. I got lucky that at the last minute somebody pulled out and I was able to make my flight just as they were closing the door. This is really unacceptable, and you should do a better job of keeping track of your spots, and not promise people a spot when there might be none.

Also, I noticed many cars that had taken two spots because they had parked incorrectly. You should definitely do something about that.

Quick shuttle service. Facility parking spots are small and people take up two spaces so there are limited covered parking spots. Some of the drivers expect tips for helping with your luggage when the service is supposedly included. This makes you feel uncomfortable and obligated to tip them. Overall, shuttle service is good but drivers could have better customer service.

I had to wait for more than 15 minutes for the shuttle to transfer me to the airport. It may not be as secure as it looks. However, the service is one of the best for the price you pay. In conclusion, I will use this parking the next time I want to go to the airport, but I have to be at the parking lot at least 20 minutes earlier.

I enjoy using Airport Center Parking. It works very well every time. I tell family about your service.
