Very quick service despite my 3 am arrival, and no additional charges were added even though we arrived 4 hours late due to weather issues...the car was ready and waiting and the shuttle arrived quickly...thanks for a great parking experience...I'd definately use you again, but I don't travel from LaGuardia all that often, hate the airport ;)

Easy to get to, no problems, prompt drop off and pick up. Will definitely use Airpark LaGuardia again.

Your staff was wonderful. I have returned after every snowstorm!!! They had my car cleaned and ready to go.. The shuttle was quick and pleasant. Thank you for everything!

I was delighted when I returned after a snowstorm and found that my car was cleaned and lined up ready to go. The van picked me up quickly after my call and because it picks up in departures, I was in my car on my way home within 10 minutes of landing. Everyone was courteous and I will definitely use them in the future for LaGuardia parking. Zero stress!

I arrived at the LaGuardia parking location only to find that they had neglected to have a snow removal plan and they refused my entry. I searched for other similar parking sites and they were all full. Went on my iphone to find a phone number on the web site to call someone and could not find one. I would up paying $96.00 at long term parking at the airport so I would not miss my flight. Now I have to find how to get the $20 deposit back.
These people are totally disorganized and have no contingency plans.
