Garage Valet Parking

The whole process worked like clockwork. I actually had NO waiting time on either end; it literally could not have been easier. And it was less expensive - with a valet delivering my car to a safe and well lit area - than many long-term, self-parking sites. Will definitely use Westin Airport Parking again.

Shuttle back from airport late on a Tuesday night was a 20 minute wait... saw multiple shuttles (each) for other hotels during that time.

When I got to the hotel to pick up my car it was waiting for me, but the register was closed so I had to go inside and stand in line at the front desk to pay. They were having a problem with the reservation system, so the line was loooooong.

It took longer to get from LAX to the seat of my car than it did to fly down from San Francisco.

I will never park at the Westin again.

We had a great experience parking at the Westin! Texting our claim ticket number eliminated waiting once we returned. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and the rate was great!

Had a bit of a wait for the shuttle on the return trip but it was no more than 15 minutes. Shuttle driver had an excellent attitude. It's nice to see someone who takes pride in his work. Good experience overall.

I came back at 10:30 pm and I sent a message when I landed as they told me. The guy in front of the hotel told me that he never got my message + he expected me to pay inside with a credit card and to stay in line at the front desk with 15 peoples already in line for check-in. I was lucky to have some cash to pay right away. He didn't event had a receipt for me!

Convenient location. Loved the text messaging feature to alert the Westin of my arrival at the airport; car was waiting when the shuttle arrived back at the hotel. One inconvenience was waiting in the lobby at the hotel check-in counter to pay the parking amount. If you are there after hotel guests are checking in or out, you may be looking at an additional wait time to retrieve your car.

Shuttles are full early in the am. Waited 20 minutes when I needed a ride from the terminal to the parking lot. Texting your vehicle ticket number did not work both times I used the Westin. Employees didn't seem to care. I'm currently parked at the parking spot if that tells you anything.
