Awesome valet attendants. Texted messaged valet and my car was up front when I got there. No waiting for airport shuttle, great timing I guess.

We stayed at the Westin as well. I highly recommend taking advantage of this parking. Booking ahead made it SO much cheaper and took all the worry away.

Waited for 45 minutes for a shuttle - finally paid $20 to take a taxi to the Westin to retrieve my car.

Tried to call ahead to let them know I was coming but it took 20 rings before the hotel answered - and when they transferred me to the parking guys, there was no answer for a full 5 minutes of waiting.

I paid the extra for indoor parking but when I came back to pick my car I found that it was parked outdoors. It was really dirty, has bird poop everywhere and tree leaves.

Took a long time for a shuttle to take us to the airport, but we got picked up right away when we got back. Staff was great.

I appreciated this service very much and will use it again. Only one comment for new users that is not spelled out in the information from Westin is that you must wait in the Hotel section of the waiting areas, not in the car storage waiting areas. So wait under the RED sign.

I arrived at 3:45 AM, and the attendant was alert and took care of my needs. The shuttle drivers going and coming were both very helpful in assisting with my bags and they were also friendly. I had to wait a little long to catch the shuttle on my return but the airport was very busy and hectic, so it was understandable. Overall, I was satisfied and would definitely consider the Westin again.

I've been here many times before and had been able to pay for my car by showing the claim ticket and having them find out what my charges are. This time, after giving my claim ticket, they wanted me to show my original reservation to figure out charges instead of looking it up. Maybe they are getting a little lazy. Also, they didn't even offer to help me with loading my luggage. The shuttles don't seem to come by too often. I must have seen 4 parking spot shuttles (I know they have two locations) before my shuttle came by.

Valet was very on top of it. I was able to text the Westin so that my car was out and ready by the time my shuttle got to the hotel. Very courteous, professional and hardworking parking staff at the hotel. Shuttle was prompt on the way to the airport, a little less prompt on the way back.

The price was great but the shuttle never showed up when we arrived and we ended up having to take a shuttle from a different parking service to the Westin in order to get our car. Not a pleasant experience after being on a plane for six hours. We called the hotel and waited where we were instructed to wait, but no one showed.
