I guess this was about what I expected - but I did have to wait quite a bit for the shuttle both at the garage and at the airport.

I am very upset with the return shuttle. I waited for over 45 minutes while I saw multiple shuttles for the other hotels at least making their 3rd or 4th trip yet I did not see the Westin shuttle. That is unacceptable that another hotel shuttle can make their 3rd or 4th trip around the hotels and airport yet the one for Westin did not even make one trip.

Can't beat the price... But the shuttle took FOREVER to arrive both in and out of the airport. And being that we were at terminal 1 - the ride back to pick up the car was an easy 40 minutes stopping at length at every terminal.

Cheap Airport Parking is great and very easy to use. I couldn't believe the savings from booking online vs. going right to a hotel to valet park would be that big. I appreciate your service and have used it in the past and will continue to use in the future.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the attendant was right there to check me in. I got on the shuttle and was on my way to the airport in a matter of minutes. When I returned, I called to let them know my plane had arrived. My car was waiting for me when I arrived at the hotel and I was on my way. The attendants are very professional, courteous, and helpful. I will definitely use this location again.

Everything was exceptional EXCEPT for the driver pickup at the airport when we were returning from our trip. Granted, it was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, but we had to wait almost 40 minutes after we called and told the hotel that we had already waited some 15 minutes. Except for that, it was a very good experience... we will use your service again.

All good, but WESTIN shuttle took 30 min to arrive at LAX... Great staff was apologetic.
