I was VERY disappointed in the service at the Westin. Upon arrival, I was simply ignored - even though there was someone at the valet desk. I actually thought that there must be another spot for airport parking and drove around again. There were no signs, and no one to ask. Finally, I drove back to where I originally tried and someone did come over to my car. Luckily, I had given myself plenty of time, but it would have been very harrowing if I had been pressed for time. Upon my return to pick up my car, the credit card machine was not working and the person there merely suggested I go inside and use the ATM.

I will NEVER use the Westin again.

Cheap Airport Parking is great and very easy to use. I couldn't believe the savings from booking online vs. going right to a hotel to valet park would be that big. I appreciate your service and have used it in the past and will continue to use in the future.

It was our first time using Cheap Airport Parking and I could not have been happier. The valet took our car, gave us a receipt, the van arrived and picked us up. We made two more stops on Century, which I did not expect, but were at the airport in only a few minutes. I called from the airport on our return, caught the van to the Westin, the first stop coming back, and our car was waiting for us. The price was right and we will use your service again.

Liked the prompt, courteous service at the concierge desk outside the entrance to Westin and the fact that we needed only to pull up to the concierge desk and everything was handled. When we returned, we could pay with credit card right at the concierge desk.

We used your reservation service and parking when we went to Mazatlan the last week in April. We have always parked in LAX Lot B if we weren't doing the Park and Fly thing. Sooo glad "b" was unavailable this trip. We will use your service again and have already told a number of friends who also plan to use it. Westin LAX parking rocks!

I guess this was about what I expected - but I did have to wait quite a bit for the shuttle both at the garage and at the airport.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the attendant was right there to check me in. I got on the shuttle and was on my way to the airport in a matter of minutes. When I returned, I called to let them know my plane had arrived. My car was waiting for me when I arrived at the hotel and I was on my way. The attendants are very professional, courteous, and helpful. I will definitely use this location again.

I am very upset with the return shuttle. I waited for over 45 minutes while I saw multiple shuttles for the other hotels at least making their 3rd or 4th trip yet I did not see the Westin shuttle. That is unacceptable that another hotel shuttle can make their 3rd or 4th trip around the hotels and airport yet the one for Westin did not even make one trip.

I will never park here again. The whole point of parking here was the convenient location next to the airport, little did I know that the shuttle service is shared with 2 other hotels. So you don't go directly to the airport after the shuttle picks you up, you stop 2 x's and then go. The whole process took about 40 minutes from the time I valeted my car at the hotel. I was given my receipt for the valet and was told to call the number when I landed so that my car could be brought up for me and I would have no wait when I arrived at the hotel, which sounded pretty awesome to me. I called valet as soon as I landed and they informed me they were bringing the car up. Then since I had not checked baggage, I walked straight out to the shuttle area and proceeded to wait 40 minutes for a shuttle to show up. And when I arrived back at the hotel the valet staff had not brought my car up after all and I waited another 15 minutes for my car. All in all, way too much hassle to ever deal with again.

Upon landing I called in my valet info, so my car would be waiting, however, when I got there, there was no car waiting and they did not appear busy. The valet said they would get right on it and that I needed to go inside and pay. There was only one person working the front desk and 6 people in line. I was late and saw that this was going to be awhile. In my frustration, I started to walk back the valet to hand him the money so that he could deal with it later. He saw me and the line and said that the difference that I owed would be comped since my car was not waiting. I had called in 15 min prior to be dropped off at the valet area. I gave him a very nice tip, thanked him and rushed away only to find my self sitting on the 405. Sitting in traffic with time to think, I was happy that the valet saw an unhappy client and did what they could to make it right. For that, I would park there again and refer them.
