The valet service was excellent! Unfortunately, when I arrived around midnight, I was told that - if I wanted to pay with a credit card - the front desk had to process my transaction. If you've seen in movies where they make fun of all the typing airline ticket agents do just to book you one ticket, that's what this was like. The guy literally took 10 minutes to charge my card. When he finally did, he charged it for the wrong amount, so it took another 2 or 3 minutes to fix. Frustrating!
