12/01/2009The gentleman at the desk was very rude. I thought my husband gave them the reservation paper when we came in and the gentleman told him to give when we came back and you would pay then. I was unaware of this and when my husband went back in, he forgot that he had the paper and when I went back in he was extremely rude and stated "I asked your husband if he had any discount coupons" and of course he said no, because he knew that I had made the reservation online. I think that he was extremely abrupt and should be more customer service oriented with seniors who may react to the questions somewhat slower. FYI we still generously tipped both the driver to and fro and put $5 in the basket for those outside in the lot. I didn't feel that the rudeness should be held against all the remaining attendants who were very nice and accommodating.
