This is definitely the place to park at Newark Airport. The service was outstandingly fast and efficient. On the way back, the shuttle arrived at the appointed door before we could walk there! Definitely going to be back.

So easy to access Newark airport parking, efficient drop off and pick up time. Waited less than 5 minutes to get dropped off at Newark airport, and less than 10 minutes to be picked up. Definitely will use Vista parking again, made the trip much easier.

Had to take a cab to Vista after our flight arrived because no one answered the phones when we called. Waited 4 hours to have our car shoveled out, which I paid a guy $30 to do. Manager was telling people the place was closed so several people were stranded. Poor planning, poor management, WORST PARKING EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY 35 YEARS OF DRIVING !!!

I've used Vista before and it only gets better...anytime I'm travelling in the future Vista will be my only choice!

Overall, a really good experience. Only issue was my husband went in to pay when we came to pick up the car and was asked if he had a coupon. He had no coupon and ended up paying $37 more than he should have. I gave him our Internet paperwork and he was able to go in and get a refund. Rather than ask for a coupon, maybe the clerk could have asked for any receipts printed from the Internet. Glad we decided to stop and check the amount we paid so we could get our refund! Despite this misunderstanding, we would definitely use Vista Parking again.

Great customer service. The last time I parked my car, it was parked under a tree and was covered in bird droppings. The manager reimbursed my car wash bill.

I have parked here many times and for the most part have been very pleased. The last time I parked at Vista, my car came back to me covered in bird droppings.

Chose VISTA but actually parked at E-Z Parking (chose wrong site). Had parked at E-Z Parking before and returned there again. Nice, close, friendly; will definitely be using again. Also, recommended to another flier on trip.
