The check in and drop off were great over to JFK but the shuttle pick up and getting our car back was terrible! When we arrived at JFK and retrieved our luggage we called the shuttle service, he told us where to meet him and we immediately went to that location, he said he'd be there in a couple minutes, we waited 25 minutes before we called again to find out where he was. The person at the office said he had already picked us up! When we said he hadn't he called the driver to find out where he was and then said he was on his way. 40 minutes later we were picked up. We then found out he had picked another couple up from our same flight, who had called minutes before us! If we had not called back to ask where he was, they would have not sent him back. What is the sense of giving your ticket number if they are not going to realize that they had two calls come in within minutes and two cars needed to be ready and only one family showed up!
Once we arrived at the lot we went into settle our remaining balance and the cashier told us we owed $135 instead of $95.64 because they charge more for SUV's. I own a Toyota Highlander, not any bigger than a car. He indicated that it was stated on the website, I saw no such statement on the website nor did I see any posting of such increase posted in the office. The cashier eventually honored the paperwork I had for parking service. When we attempted to pay with $100 bill we were told he had no change ($4.36), and we had to scramble for exact payment, which we were able to do, then when he rung the sale up, a drawer popped open revealing a cash draw with more than $4.36 in it!
It was quite obvious the clerk was not happy with us when we left and to be honest we weren't not to happy with the treatment or service of the parking. It is difficult to recommend this business to friends, even with the great rates and proximity to JFK, when you're treated poorly.
