This will be my third time parking here and it really works for me...kind of difficult to find the first time but easy to get out of to access parkways. Can't beat the price.

Everything fine except price fixing. Prices went up the moment we come to pick up the car. They say they don't care about printed reservation with all rate, fees and taxes printed on it and even if you drop and picked your car precisely the time you reserved at, they go by they computer. And if computer likes to charge you more - you have to pay more! Don't expect to pay exactly rate you see on this or other sites, expect to pay more and you will be OK.

When I arrived at the JFK lot, there was no van to take me to the airport. The van was at the airport and not answering any calls. If I had stayed, I would have missed my flight. The attendant was rude, and unconcerned that I would miss my flight. I ended up parking in JFK long term parking, which was expensive. Next time, I will go back to AVISTAR, which is a few pennies more, but is a real airport lot, with several reliable vans, and nice parking attendants. I asked for my $12.14 reservation fee back. I doubt I will get it. I should have known when I saw that the only reviews posted on line were positive. I am sure this will never be posted.

It only has two employees. Not enough people to service customers. Expect uncertainty from them.

Unreliable, unprofessional and UNSAFE! Security was absolutely terrible. Cars and keys were left with no employee on site for significant amount of time. Shuttle driver stopped at a red light, got out and got lunch. Our bags were thrown into the shuttle. No one was there to pick up the phone from a return shuttle and I had to pay for a cab back to the facility just to find out that no one there to give us back our key, so the shuttle driver told us to just take it without asking for ID or doing any paperwork. BEWARE of using this airport parking lot. Avistar is 100% better and not more expensive.

I would highly recommend U-Save JFK Parking. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Their daily parking rates are excellent -- I could not find a lower rate any where else. Also I retrieved my car the next day, several hours later than contracted/expected, and the parking facility staff did not charge additional fee, which was fantastic. I would most certainly park at U-Save again. Great experience!

it was the quickest that we had been picked up at the airport. leaving, we checked in when we were leaving bags were put in van and away we went to the airport.

After we finally found the place (the online directions were horrible), the service for our outbound flight was fast and friendly. While the service was just as fast picking us up when we returned, I definitely could not recommend our driver. The trip back to the lot was scary, as he could not seem to keep the van between the lane lines and was weaving badly. He looked as if he were stoned or drunk, and my husband later said he thought he smelled alcohol when we boarded the van. We will not be using this service again, as it is not worth our lives to save a few dollars.

In general very good service, just a little wait time for the shuttle when getting out of the airport terminal. Thumbs up!
