We brought our brand new car there for storage for 4 days. A worker crashed it, and they tried to hide the damage. When we couldn't open the driver side door the owner, attempted to tell us the damage was there.

The owner said he would fix it at his auto body shop and we wouldn't even notice that it was ever crashed. We dropped it off and he gave us a free rental car while they fixed the damage. 2 days later we got our car back close to mid-night. The door wouldn't shut and there was a botched paint job and a remaining dent.

We now have to take it to another body shop and pay to have it done right. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone!!! And on a side note always call the cops if this happens to you, we didn't and it has become a very expensive lesson. We will try and get money for the work done, however based on his lack of credibility thus far, I doubt we will recover any of the money.

The shuttle was on its last leg - overheating & stalling @ every stop light in 50 degree weather but the main reason I'm giving you a low score is bc u triple billed me - I had to go to the bank to straighten out this mess.

This was our first time to leave our car in the city while we went on a trip. cheap parking was great, esp. when our flight was delayed two hours and we didn't have to have anyone wait for us. Also it only cost twenty dollars more then driving back and forth twice, and saved three hours of driving. Wiill definitely use again.

It worked out very well. I got a quick ride to the airport. When I returned there was a slight mixup about dates, but even then I only waited five extra minutes. At the airport on arrival it took about fifteen minutes before the shuttle back arrived. Personnel were friendly and helpful. I would do it again

They were professional and I would park there again. Only a mile away from LGA too. Small lot so get there early.They weren't particularly upbeat and friendly but nice and clean enough to use again. They picked me up from the airport very fast.Try them! :) book from them , not online and save $5.

I was quoted $86 and was charged $114. Not worth the hassle when you get hit with unexpected charges.

I arrived at U Save Parking in the middle of a snow storm. It was easy to locate, staff was polite, drop off and pick up went perfectly. I would highly recommend this parking facility.

Reservations were easy, and easy to change. Staff was very understanding. Shuttle was very good both ways, good courteous staff, and facility good. Wait times average, location average.
