The only problem I have with my experience is that I had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport, and how dirty my car was when I returned home. My car was so dirty I couldn't even see out the windows...

They left my lights on and drained the battery. They charged in on the way to me and handed me a car that had enough charge to move but the battery was short. So much for "value". I could have rented a stretch limo at the price my parking cost.

Also, I called to talk to a manger. They took a message and promised a call back. Good luck!

For the departing flight, the shuttle driver had missed the exit for JFK so he had to go all the way around...and we were the last ones dropped off. We nearly missed our flight!

Upon arrival, I settled my bill and was about to drive away when i was called back into the office because they had mistakenly charged me the wrong amount...i wouldn't have minded so much if it wasn't 11pm and it seemed like she charged me the right amount because she handed me the key to my car. It was annoying.

I enjoyed a great service and remained very satisfied with all aspects. I intend to recommend your facility to friends and colleagues--this is without any doubt a better option than the "regular" JFK long-term parking, which is furthermore more expensive. Indeed, choosing your services was a no-brainer.

My husband and I were very impressed with how easy it was to schedule our reservation and how smooth the entire process was the day of our flight. What we thought would be the worst part of the trip, dealing with the car and parking, was the easiest thanks to the attentive personnel, frequent shuttles and overall location!
