The only problem I have with my experience is that I had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport, and how dirty my car was when I returned home. My car was so dirty I couldn't even see out the windows...

They left my lights on and drained the battery. They charged in on the way to me and handed me a car that had enough charge to move but the battery was short. So much for "value". I could have rented a stretch limo at the price my parking cost.

Also, I called to talk to a manger. They took a message and promised a call back. Good luck!

Not bad overall. Had 2 wait a while for the shuttle on the way back. When we got to the lot, the guy at the desk wanted to charge us extra because we were over by 20min. I explained to him that the shuttle made us wait. He didn't want to hear it. I had to get angry for him to drop the extra charge. That ruined my day and ruined an otherwise good experience
