Extremely convenient and close to the airport. Shuttles were clean and drivers courteous. Valet attendants were very quick in verifying my payment, allowing me to get out of the lot right away. Only "complaint" is that the entire lot is outdoors, so especially if you're leaving your car for more than a couple of days, it's going to get dirty being parked outside. But otherwise, I'd highly recommend this lot and will be parking there again.

This is a great place to park for the San Diego airport. We did the valet parking which after coming back from flying all day was a blessing!! It's worth the extra $2.00!

This is a nice, convenient place to park your car while traveling from SAN airport and I would recommend it over many of the other San Diego airport parking places by far. The valet-type service is perfect so you don't have to drag your bags across a huge parking lot or structure and their shuttle has you at the airport in no time. I'd definitely use this lot again in the future.

As I missed my flight, I had to book at another airport and was told that even though I would not be parking at the San Diego location I would still be charged for it. Most disappointing as I fly from SAN every three weeks and was looking forward to this location.

I came in Sunday, May 29th. Your shuttle, Sheraton Hotel, picked up my wife and myself up at the San Diego airport at about 2PM. Your driver was courteous and helpful and I tipped him a couple of bucks for his help. At this point in time another passenger picked up his bag and handed your driver a tip. Your driver said to this other man "you are very generous sir, do you want change?" The man said no and walked into the hotel. I have no idea how much the man handed your driver but in this day and age this was an honest gesture by your driver. I appreciate this kind of attitude.

It is a 5 to 7 minute walk to airport so I did not use the shuttle. Maybe I would if it was raining.

I lost my Sheraton parking ticket but it was "no problem" Call from the gate and we will let you out.

Other than dusty car all was just great.

This was the easiest place to park since I have been parking at San Diego airport. the directions were a little hard to understand though, but that was not your company's fault - it was Mapquest's fault. Anyway, everyone was very courteous and the parking was especially nice being so near the airport. Hardly any wait for the shuttle on both ends of my trip. Thanks again for such a close and secure place to leave my car.

Could be more cheaper for San Diego airport parking. Very expensive for the facility provided. But overall experience was great.

In a perfect world they'd have a high-pressure water hose to blast the dirt and leaves off the car before the valet brings your car back to you. After 3 days my exterior was a mess so I'm assuming they leave it outside and exposed. $3 extra for a quickie exterior wash would be really appreciated. Other than that everything was perfect.
