When I arrived the valet supervisor suggested that I upgrade to indoor valet serivce for my seven day stay for only seven dollars more. I agreed to do this since I was traveling with my 83 year mom.
When I arrived back in Miami at 6am after taking a red eye flight I gave the shuttle my claim ticket number, so that the car would be ready when the shuttle arrived at the hotel.
We arrived at the hotel and the car was not there. I went to the restroom and the car was still not there. I asked the supervisor why the car was still not there and she that they parked it outside behind other cars.
They finally return my car after 20 minutes and said that manager would call me that night (sunday). As of today (Tuesday) no body has called me about a refund or to explain what happen.
